Deposit Policy

At Watch Reserve, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant investment. Our deposit policy is designed to give you peace of mind while securing the piece you desire.

Deposit Requirements

To reserve a watch and remove it from active sale, a 10% deposit of the total purchase price is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the item will be held exclusively for you for a period of 5 working days pending final payment or inspection.

Refundability

We stand behind the authenticity and condition of every watch in our collection. Your deposit is refundable in the following circumstance:

Misrepresentation

If, upon physical inspection or professional appraisal, the watch is found to be not as described. This includes undisclosed mechanical issues, significant cosmetic damage not shown in listing photos, or discrepancies in authenticity/parts.

All refunds are processed within 10 working days via your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Your deposit becomes non-refundable in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

If you decide not to proceed based on personal preference after the watch has been reserved.

Failure to Complete Purchase

If the remaining balance is not settled within the agreed timeframe without prior communication with us.

Payment in Full Before Delivery

We are unable to ship a watch until payment has been received in full and in cleared funds.

Inspection & Verification

We encourage all customers to carefully review our high-resolution images and condition reports before placing a deposit. If you believe the watch does not match its description at the point of inspection or receipt, please notify us immediately so we can assess your concerns and, where applicable, process a refund.
