At Watch Reserve Ltd, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant investment. Our deposit system is designed to provide you with peace of mind while securing the timepiece you desire.
To reserve a pre-owned luxury watch and remove it from active sale, a 10% deposit of the total purchase price is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the item will be held exclusively for you for a period of 5 working days pending final payment or inspection.
We stand behind the authenticity and condition of every piece in our collection. As such, your 10% deposit is refundable under the following condition:
Significant Misrepresentation: If, upon physical inspection or professional appraisal, the watch is found to be not as described. This includes undisclosed mechanical issues, significant cosmetic damage not shown in listing photos, or discrepancies in authenticity/parts.
The deposit serves as a commitment to purchase. It becomes non-refundable in instances of:
Change of Mind: Decisions based on personal preference or "buyer's remorse" after the watch has been reserved.
Failure to Complete Purchase: If the remaining balance is not settled within the agreed-upon timeframe without prior communication.
We encourage all clients to review high-resolution imagery and condition reports provided prior to placing a deposit. If you believe the watch does not meet the description provided at the time of sale, please notify us at the point of inspection or receipt to initiate the refund process.
Note: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
