Shipping Policy

At Watch Reserve, every detail matters including how your watch arrives. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Options

We offer two convenient options for receiving your watch:

Courier Delivery

All UK orders are delivered free of charge via fully insured, next day courier service.

Showroom Collection

You are welcome to collect your watch in person from our showroom at 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QZ. Please contact us in advance to arrange a convenient time. You will be required to bring photographic identification upon collection.

Delivery Timescales

UK Mainland

Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days, free of charge.

International

Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your watch has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving this email.

If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Insurance

All deliveries are fully insured for the value of your watch. Our packages are sent in discreet, unmarked packaging for security.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for rescheduling or collecting your watch from a local depot.

International Deliveries

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note international orders, outside of the UK, may be subject to local import duties, customs charges or other fees which are not included in the order total. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

Lost or missing deliveries

If your watch has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@watchreserve.co.uk or 0208 150 1987 and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged items in transport

If your watch or its packaging shows signs of damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@watchreserve.co.uk. Please retain all packaging materials and do not return the watch until you have spoken with us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
