Returns and Refund Policy

At Watch Reserve we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Below you will find everything you need to know about returning or exchanging a watch.

Returns

Online Orders

If you purchased your watch online, by phone, or via social media, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it.

In Person Purchases

Any purchase made in person at our showroom are not eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange policy on both online and in-person purchases. If you would like to exchange your watch for another, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or purchase using the details below.

If the exchange is possible, we will arrange for your new watch to be delivered or collected within our usual delivery timeframes once we have received the original item.

If the exchange is not possible - for example because the item is out of stock or differs in price - we will let you know and arrange a refund instead. You may then choose to make a new purchase with us.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please contact us by email or phone and include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Details of the watch you wish to return or exchange

We will then arrange a suitable time for you to return the watch by courier or drop it off in person at our showroom.

Condition of Returned Watches

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your watch must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned with all original packaging, papers, and documentation

We reserve the right to refuse a return or offer a reduced refund if the watch is returned in a condition that does not meet the above requirements.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the watch is faulty or misdescribed, in which case we will cover the cost.

We cannot accept responsibility for watches lost or damaged in transit on the way back to us, therefore we require a fully insured and trackable courier service to be used.

What Happens Next

Once we have received your returned watch, we will inspect it within 10 working days and let you know the outcome.

If Your Return is Accepted

You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days of acceptance, or your exchange item will be delivered within our usual delivery timeframes.

If Your Return is Not Accepted

We will explain why and, where applicable, offer a reduced refund. You will have the option to have the watch returned to you, though return shipping costs may apply.

Faulty or Misdescribed Watches

If your watch arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@watchreserve.co.uk or 0208 150 1987.

We will arrange a collection at no cost to you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
