Warranty Policy

At Watch Reserve we want you to get the most from your watch. Below you will find everything you need to know about the warranty cover we provide and how to make a claim.

Our Cover

Every watch we sell comes with a 24 month warranty cover from the date of delivery or collection. Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

A couple of important things to note:

  • Our warranty is not transferable. If you sell or give the watch to someone else, the cover will no longer be valid.
  • All claims are subject to our review and acceptance.

How to Stay Covered

To keep your warranty valid, you'll need to make sure you:

  • Use, service, and care for the watch in line with the manufacturer's instructions and our recommendations
  • Hold on to any original papers and authentication documents that came with the watch
  • Don't customise or alter the watch in any way
  • Get our written approval before taking the watch to a third party for repairs or servicing
  • Let us know about any potential issue within 10 business days of becoming aware of it

Exclusions

There are some situations where your warranty will not apply. These include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by tampering or unauthorised modifications
  • Use in inappropriate conditions - such as extreme weather or water depths beyond the manufacturer's rated specification
  • Parts installed that aren't suitable for your specific watch
  • Damage caused by negligence or deliberate misuse
  • Missing original papers or authentication documents
  • Any issue arising from repairs or servicing carried out without our prior approval

Where a claim is accepted, we will repair or replace the affected parts only. We will not be liable for any other losses beyond this.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your watch may be covered under this warranty, please contact us via phone or email within 10 business days of becoming aware of the problem.

Once we have received your claim, we may ask you to send the watch to us so we can inspect it. We'll come back to you within 10 business days to let you know whether your claim has been accepted and what happens next.
